Kids Mindfulness + Resilience Program in South African Townships

With your donation you directly help our KIDS EMPOWERMENT + RESILIENCE PROGRAM in Khayelitsha, a township in South Africa. With this campaign, we raise funds to locally produce video and audio materials in English and Xhosa curated by a South African Psychologist and to then offer for FREE at schools in under-resourced communities in the Cape Flats. Video and audio material offers a cost-effective solution to provide high quality mental and emotional resilience trainings in schools in townships. Production costs are estimated to a 40-50K ZAR and we know, together we can make it.
